Woodfield Organics – New online system now live

Dear all.

We are delighted to let you know that we are now live with our new online ordering and payment system. When you now log onto either www.woodfieldorganics.co.uk or www.woodfieldorganics.com the 2 main changes that you will see are that we have made it easier for you to manage your weekly orders and introduced a new payment system, Worldpay, to replace Paypal. 

The main changes to the online ordering process include

1. The ability to change your order on a weekly basis to reflect your requirements. This includes adding items, changing items an cancelling items.

2. The ability to put your order on hold for a period of time to allow for holidays.

3. The ability to make a one off order without setting up a regular order.

There are a couple of steps that we need you to take so that we can transfer your orders smoothly onto the new systems.

What do you need to do to set up an order on the new system

Customers with existing Paypal accounts

1. Logon to the system and click onto place an order and enter in your regular order, including a start date.

2. They system will then ask for payment information, all major credit and debit cards are accepted by Worldpay, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland.

3. Your old order will cancel automatically, as will your existing Paypal subscription.

Customers who hated Paypal and currently make manual payments

1. Log on to the system and click onto place an order and enter in your regular order, including a start date

2. They system will then ask for payment information, all major credit and debit cards are accepted by Worldpay, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland

Customers who currently make manual cheque payments

We are more than happy to keep your existing payment method in place but in terms of flexibility for yourselves in terms of pausing the order for holidays, changing box size, adding extra items etc it may be easier for you to manage it online. If you would like to do this then you will need to follow the steps below.

1. If you do not have an account on the system please go to Open a new account and enter your customer details.

2. Once an account is opened, click onto Place an Order and enter in your order and start date.

3. They system will then ask for payment information, all major credit and debit cards are accepted by Worldpay, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland
